(Currently, we do not provide international shipping.)

We offer nationwide shipping within India for all our products.

 FREE SHIPPING is provided for orders valued above INR 3,999 ,

Below that Shipping Charges will be applicable.

COD is available for a maximum order value of up to INR 2999/-. For orders exceeding INR 2999/-, only prepaid orders are accepted.
(Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at a nominal charge of Rs. 59)

 We accept payments via Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Paytm, Cash on Delivery.

All prices (MRP or Discounted Rates) include GST.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

Orders are shipped within 3-7 working days. In unusual cases, there may be delays on account of unexpected conditions.

 

NOTE : Products ribboned with "ON ORDER" may take 7-10 days

in Shipping due to High Demand / Out of Stock.

You can view the shipping costs at the checkout before completing your purchase.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses.

ORDER TRACKING : 

* A notification will be sent to the registered email address upon the order being shipped from our warehouse.

* Address changes are permitted if the order has not been shipped.

Once the status is "Ready to Ship" with an AWB No, it will be processed at the provided address.

* It is mandatory to include an email address in each order for effective communication.

* Upon shipping, the customer will receive an email containing the order and tracking details.

* The company is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseeable events.

* We will aid in tracking parcels in case of issues arising from the delivery partner's side.

* Refrain from disclosing any OTP to the delivery partner until your order has been successfully delivered to you at your given shipping address.

INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ADDRESS : 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges my apply.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE :

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and local authorities to file a report.
